Hand Knitted Cardigans

These cardigans are extra special because they’re knitted by my Mum. She’s been knitting for longer than I’ve been alive, and every stitch shows that experience. They come in sizes for 0 to 6 months and in all sorts of colours — from soft pastels to bolder shades. They’re the kind of thing grandparents pick up and say, “Oh, I remember these” — proper hand-knitted cardigans made with real care.

How It’s Made

Each cardigan is hand knitted on straight needles from a classic pattern, with the front bands, collar, and button bands all picked up and worked seamlessly. Mum chooses the colours, knits each piece, and then carefully sews the seams before adding buttons. Every cardigan is gently washed and pressed to soften the yarn, then folded and wrapped ready for the stall.
