Theodore

We found Theodore at a charity shop in Addlestone about two years. A Build-A-Bear with cream fur, soft as anything, and a little embroidered nose that had held up well.

Amanda dressed him for the occasion. Black tuxedo jacket, crisp red bow tie, a tiny boutonniere pinned to his lapel. He looked ready to hand you a glass of something fizzy.

He came with us to the Surbiton Festival a few months, and that’s where he met his new person. They already had a bear called Theo at home, so Theodore slotted right in.
