Bunting

A string of cheerful fabric flags that instantly lifts a room. Each length of bunting is about 1.5 metres and looks brilliant draped along a shelf, across a window, or around a child’s bedroom. The prints change with every batch, so your bunting will be one of a kind — which is rather the point of handmade, isn’t it?

How It’s Made

Each flag is cut from double-layered quilting cotton so both sides look neat, then pressed and sandwiched into a long run of bias binding. The flags are evenly spaced along the tape and stitched in one continuous pass so they’re secure enough to handle being tugged by little hands. The binding extends past the end flags on both sides for tying.
